Technosprings Italia S.r.l. was founded in 1985, out of the long-standing experience of Dr. Romano Gualandris. Since then its development continues, moving from the headquarters in Gallarate to those in Besnate to meet the continuous need for new productive spaces following the increase of production volumes and turnover. Technosprings is currently spread over an area of about 2,500 square metres.
Design
Da sempre Technosprings has always been characterised by the ability to support the customer in the study of the most suitable spring, both at the design and testing stages of the project presented by the customer. Technosprings sstands out for its flexibility, lean administration, straightforward referring, helpfulness, quick and sure times, openness to any type of requirement, technical and commercial. This approach stems from the interweaving of the typical small-business mindset and a heartfelt professionalism which always analyses the correctness of the technical data submitted, designs and brings forth in perfect adherence to the customer’s needs. Technosprings came on the market in a historical period characterised by vast and strong competition, hence it had to enter niche sectors. Therefore its production always had to stand out for the technical complexity, the implementation difficulties and the high quality standards of its products (for such industrial sectors as aviation, biomedical, motorcycle, etc.) Such demands required only state-of-the-art, high-technology machinery. Technosprings is also equipped with the special shot peening process, capable of greatly increasing the fatigue resistance of the springs. Moreover, Technosprings set up a heat treatment area with AMS 2750 and Class II furnaces.Control
For Technosprings, control of the parts produced and over the whole production process is a standard that must ensure the products’ full compliance with the customer’s specifications. Therefore, among the first spring manufacturers in Italy and quite in advance over many large industrial companies, Technosprings achieved the ISO 9001 and EN 9100 certifications for its company quality system; to this day, Technosprings features certifications achieved in the aerospace, defence and automotive industries, both in production and in design. In accordance with that same philosophy, Technosprings takes advantage of an in-house control laboratory, constantly updated to the most sophisticated measuring and verification equipment (dynamometer, projector, durometer, etc.), and an in-house dedicated laboratory for shape-memory materials testing.

We manufacture quality springs and small metal parts upon design or sample, in stainless carbon steel and strip, for all industries. We provide design consultancy for the mechanism in which the spring is used to achieve optimum functionality. We design and test the spring, including the choice of the most appropriate material. We assemble the spring with other components, if required. Organisation and certification in accordance with UNI EN 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 e NADCAP standards. Qualified supplier for Leonardo-Finmeccanica and the main national aerospace and defence industries. Member of Lombardia Aerospace Cluster and of A.I.A.D. – Italian Industries Operation for Aerospace, Defence and Security.
